Tutorial: How to use the book

If you need help creating meals for your elimination diet but do not live in my personal-chef service area, this ebook is for you. It is designed to help you with the most challenging part of the diet - the first few weeks - when your list of allowed foods is very limited.

The majority of recipes focus on one main ingredient, making it easy to create meals with your specific allowed foods. In many instances, there are optional ingredients you can add as you reintroduce more foods into your diet.

The book includes:

  • 1, 2, and 3-ingredient recipes that can be adapted to any elimination diet or specific food list based on your unique food sensitivities.

  • A list of more than 170 chef-recommended, single-ingredient packaged foods to make shopping easier.

  • Meal planning worksheets to help you stay organized and stress-free.

  • Tips for storing and freezing meals, so you will always be prepared.

  • Strategies for dining out and navigating social events without stress.

The book is an ebook, not a paper book. My design team did a wonderful job making the navigation features simple and easy, so you’ll be able to search for recipes for your allowed foods more easily than with a paper book.
